Tools:
Basmati rice / or rice rice
- 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup or according to your taste
Orange Food Color - 1/4 teaspoon (mix 2 tablespoons of water)
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Kismys - 10/12
Cardamom - 2 pieces
Cinnamon-1 piece
Cloves - 2 pieces
Tejapata - 2
Elmond crumb - 2 tablespoons
Pistachio nut spinach - 1 table spoon
Kalzam - make two pieces (or not)
Method:
Cook with 4 to 5 cups of boiling water in boiling water. Give me the food color before turning off the oven.
Pour rice in the jhala and pour cold water so that the rice is neat.
Heat the utensils. Stir a few minutes with cardamom, cinnamon, raisins, cloves, bay leaf and 1 table spoon of nuts. Pour the rice into it. Cover with sugar and cover it well. If necessary, you can give a little food color.
Make an estimated 15 minutes cook a little. Eat occasionally. Now open the lid and keep it in the stove for some time so that the gluttony goes away.
Serve with almonds or any small sweets.
